TECHNICAL FEATURES
1. FIELD SIZE:

The rink is a rectangle of dimensions 20m x 10m indoor measurements (Tolerance ± 0.5%) closed in its entirety. In its funding is closed by walls walls with a height of 3m. The sidewalls can be rectangular height of 3m and 4m in length in step (European type) or diagonal (American type) with a decrease up to 2m. The other sides are closed with metal mesh that in turn rises above the walls up to 4m in height around the perimeter. On the side walls also supported a height of 4m in the first two meters starting from the bottom of the track and the remaining 16m with a height of 3m.
2. FIELD LAYOUT:

All brands have lines 5 cm wide and are easily distinguished, light-colored pavement.
3. OBSTACLE CLEARANCE:

The clearance between the floor and the nearest obstacle (luminaire, ceiling in indoor facilities) will be at least 6m over the entire surface of the track but there was nothing to invade that space.
4. ORIENTATION:

The longitudinal axis of the field in outdoor facilities will be NS admitting a variation between N-NE and N-NO.
5. LIGHTING:

Artificial lighting shall be uniform so as not to obscure the vision of the players, the match officials or spectators.
6. PARAMENTS:
-The side and back walls have a uniform surface finish, smooth and hard with sufficient thickness and preferably seamless, so as to provide a ball bounce regular and uniform.

-The wire mesh can be double torsion or electrically (rectangular or diamond type) in any case the maximum size of its opening as the diagonals not be less than 5 cm or more than 6 cm. The wire mesh should be tight so as to allow the ball bounce on it. The wire mesh is placed always aligned with the inner edge of the wall or walls.
-In one of the sides of a door or available open space to enter or leave the track. There may be one or two openings on each side of center court, with or without a door. The dimensions of the openings are as follows:

A single-side access, the clear opening must have a
minimum of 1.05 m x 2.00 m
-With two hits by side: each empty slot must have a minimum of 0.72 mx 2.00 m and a maximum of 0.82 mx 2.00 m in facilities for public use will take care of compliance with accessibility regulations People with reduced mobility.
-The side and back walls can be built with brick, glass or other transparent or opaque materials with sufficient consistency and uniformity for the bounce of the ball is regular and uniform.

7. EQUIPMENT:
The equipment consists of the poles and the net comply with the Official Rules of the Spanish Federation of Padel.
NET:
The net splits in half to the track, have a length of 10 m and a height of 0.88 m at its center and the ends will have a maximum height of 0.92 m.
The net will be suspended from a cable tie to be galvanized steel or other corrosion resistant material, the ends are attached to two side posts with a maximum height of 1.05 m from the structure that attach and tighten.
The cable tension device should be designed so as not to release unexpectedly and does not constitute a risk to the players.

The net is topped with a white top band width between 50 and 63 cm when folded, its interior is holding the cable net.
The net should be fully extended so that it completely occupies the space between the poles and the surface of the track, there should be no space between the ends of the net and the posts, however it should be taut.
The threads are constituents of synthetic and mesh size will be low enough to prevent the ball passing through it.

POSTS:
The poles will be embedded in the track by boxes. The outer surface will coincide with the lateral limits of the track (opening, gate or wire mesh). They can be circular or square but have their edges rounded. The posts will support the attachment of the cable net and have a guide for the cable and a tension device itself, which will be designed so that you can not drop unexpectedly.
The steel posts can be protected against corrosion, non-corrosive metal light or protected from corrosion or synthetic material.
8. SPORTS FLOORING:
The playing surface should be a flat, horizontal and uniform. Pets porous concrete pavements, polished concrete, clay, natural grass and artificial turf, so as to allow a regular pot the ball.
The clay courts tend to be dusty in hot weather and you have to water them. On the other hand, the natural grass quickly becomes brown and sparse. However, the artificial grass always retains the same characteristics as a result, can be used in summer and winter with minimal maintenance.

Synthetic turf also makes painting lines a thing of the past because the marking is already sewn into the carpet, so that is fully integrated into the track.
The characteristics of synthetic turf are best suited for sports both high and intensive competition. It also allows them to be used in any season and with different weather. The well-maintained playing surface allows the bounce of the ball is right and a slider of the player, reducing fatigue and protecting your joints.
