Turfgrass has developed a new artificial turf product. It is a polyurethane layer bonded or not backing of the carpet of grass. This product, in addition to multiple uses for landscaping and some sports such as football or golf, has become, thanks to its ability to absorb impacts, in the best option to cover children's play areas intended.

The Turfgrass polyurethane foam has been subjected to various tests using the criteria HIC Head Injury, surpassing all tests.

The most interesting results were obtained with samples of 12 mm and 20 mm thick covered with artificial turf.
